I’m Maricka Oglesby, a strategist, connector, and reinventor who has spent my career across the nonprofit, arts, education, and media sectors. From producing the Women of the World Festival to leading teams through cultural and organizational transformation, I’ve always been drawn to big challenges. My approach is grounded in stoic principles: clarity in the face of noise, persistence in the face of obstacles, and the courage to ask what’s possible.
With Modus Operandi Studio, I created a space to design from true gifts — aligning strategy, systems, and storytelling with what people do best. The studio’s feature product, The Signal Room, makes advanced AI tools practical and empowering, giving professionals clarity, personalized prompts, and a signal they can act on right away.
